To maintain low shipping costs will generally choose an economical shipping option based on your location and the size of the order.

Please note packages may be shipped with USPS, FedEx or UPS. Delivery may require signature confirmation depending on the delivery service utilized.  Shipping prices will vary depending on where you ship an item, so sometimes we'll need to update the shipping price once we have updated shipping info. Some states/governments also have taxes. We do our best to include taxes up front. Prices and shipping can also chance due to market conditions changing throughout the day. Merchants may update their costs, which will change the price and shipping for an item based on supply and demand

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go as planned. If things don't go as planned, contact us and we will try to make things right for you.

Place your request for a return or refund within 7 days of the date of purchase or delivery. 

Customer responsible for all return shipping costs, We suggest working with your local post office or preferred carrier to get a cost estimate.

Refuse any refund if it it in good faith suspects abuse of this policy or violation of the Term of use.

Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services.
